TASTING NOTES: Deep crimson. Rich Black Forest fruits with earthy, smoky nuances. Bold, intense, powerful and driven yet poised, elegant and beautiful. Cabernet just has a way and this is no exception. Its seductive dark fruits are the focus here, with blackcurrant, plum and blueberry. The use of French oak supports the fruit and guides the fine tannins, adding length and sophistication. Dried herbs and spices add savoury complexity.
