GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon 

TASTING NOTES: Deep red colour with violet dyes. Complex and intense, the first notes in showing up are the red berries and then the blueberries, species like cloves and white pepper. Wine with a good body, concentration and flavour expression that increase until ¾  of the palate, is a linear wine with strong tannins that delivers great structure and aromatic support. Is a wine with great balance and vivicity. Excellent for the haute cuisine and pairing.
