GRAPES: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir  + 15 to 20% Meunier + 28 to 33% Chardonnay 

TASTING NOTES: Golden-Yellow, Tiny bubbles. Fruity (Peach, Mirabelle plum, Pear), Vanilla Toasty (Brioche). Brut, Tightly knit, focused by robust acidity and a streak of minerality, this offers subtle notes of white peach, anise, biscuit and kumquat. The refined finish echoes a smoky note.
